Announcement on the Product Lifecycle of Dragonfish Lite, DG-Z2, DG-T3, and DG-T3H

Greetings!

Thank you for your continued trust and support in Autel Robotics! To meet the application requirements of Autel Robotics products across various industries, we aim to concentrate resources to better serve our users and enhance product stability and competitiveness. As part of our product lifecycle management, we are making arrangements for the discontinuation, sales cessation, and service termination of the following products:

In line with the overall lifecycle planning for Autel Robotics products, the Dragonfish Lite, DG-Z2, DG-T3, and DG-T3H have been officially discontinued. These products will cease sales on December 20, 2024. After these dates, Autel Robotics will no longer sell the aforementioned products through any official channels, and all official marketing activities for these products will cease as of the publication of this announcement.

Furthermore, the Dragonfish Lite, DG-Z2, DG-T3, and DG-T3H will reach the end of service on December 20, 2026. After these dates, Autel Robotics will no longer provide any services for these products, including version updates and fixes (except in cases involving major safety issues or mandatory regulatory requirements), technical support, or after-sales repair services.
